Do I really need a Coordinator?
To a first-time bride, the myriad of details, including budgeting, can be overwhelming. If the stress of contacting and contracting with the church or wedding location, the reception site, the caterer, photographer, videographer, florist, and the musicians isn't enough, you still need to coordinate your attendants, his family, your family, order invitations, send thank-you notes and even change your name! Then, there is the actual wedding day and all the last second details that will need to be handled! You certainly don't want to be worrying about whether the guests are seated, lining up the wedding party, making sure the cake has been delivered and assuring the food is hot. Nor do you want to have to handle any last minute emergencies. Our job is to create your dream wedding, not ours. Karen will tap her resources to fulfill your fanciful wishes and dreams. Every wedding and bride are unique and a good wedding coordinator will tailor her services to fit your individual needs.
